NZ Associate Registered Nutritionist

BAppSci, MAppSci (Dis) – Sport and Exercise Nutrition

ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist

Katie is committed to providing nutrition strategies that are achievable and last long term. This involves giving her clients individualised and tailored advice.

Nutrition is more than physical health. Our mental wellbeing, beliefs and social aspects of our lives all play a huge role in our food choices. That is why Katie gets to know her client’s lifestyle, budget, goals and feelings around making changes or implementing strategies. She takes the time to find out what works for you.

Katie has a huge passion for sport, which lead her to specialise in Sport and Exercise Nutrition for both her Bachelors and Masters Degrees at The University of Otago. Being a lover of many sports and a keen endurance runner herself, she understands the challenges that can come when fuelling for training, competition, recovery and injuries. This has also given her on field experience for practical nutrition strategies for a wide range of sports.

Performance does not only relate to sport, however. Katie works with a range of clients to help them perform and feel at their best for life in general. In a world where nutrition can feel overwhelming , Katie can be the support you may need to put your health first.
