What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services, including: physiotherapy (general, pelvic health, injury rehab, GLA:D for osteoarthritis), Sports Medicine, Massage Therapy, Nutrition and more.
Where are your clinics located?
We have two clinics in the Waikato, 243 Ulster Street, and 105 Thomas Road.
What are your opening hours?

How do I book an appointment?
You can book online HERE or call one of our friendly reception team members to schedule an appointment.
Appointments & Fees
Do I need a referral?
No, we accept self-referrals for ACC and private physiotherapy.
How much does a session cost?
Fees vary depending on the service. Contact us for specific pricing.
We accept all major credit cards (except American Express) and EFTPOS payments.
Do you accept ACC claims?
Yes, and we can lodge an ACC claim for you! If ACC accepts your claim, they will cover part of your consultation fee, but a surcharge will still apply.
Why do I need to pay a surcharge for ACC?
ACC only pays a small portion of the full cost of treatment, therefore a surcharge is required to cover the shortfall paid from ACC.
What is your cancellation policy?
We need at least 4 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. A $60 fee will apply for missed appointments.
What if I need an X-Ray?
Our team can order X-Ray imaging for your injury.
What should I wear to an appointment?
You can wear your normal clothes. We have shorts and gowns available if needed. If you have a podiatry appointment, bring your sports shoes.
Can I choose a male or female therapist?
Absolutely. Our team has a range of availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
What if I feel worse after a session?
Mild soreness can be normal, but if you’re concerned, please contact your clinician.
Facilities & Accessibility
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have ample on-site parking at each of our clinics, and street parking is also available.
I’m on crutches or in a wheelchair – how can I get into the building?
No problem at all – we have ramps at each clinic for easy access.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your children!
Do you offer home visits?
No, unfortunately, we do not provide home visits.
Do you accept the Community Services or Gold Card?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept these cards.
