Located in Cambridge
Wayne holds an Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science, a B-Tech Level 7 in Health and Wellbeing Physiology, and an NZQA qualification in Workplace Drug Testing. Always eager to expand his expertise, he is currently exploring training as an Occupational Therapist and re-sitting his Personal Training qualifications to further support people in achieving healthier, more active lives.
Originally from Stoke-on-Trent, UK, Wayne made the move to New Zealand nine years ago, thanks to a Tinder date that turned into a house, two kids, and two dogs – a life twist he wouldn’t change for the world!
Passionate about helping people live healthier lives, Wayne enjoys combining his knowledge of exercise science and physiology to support individuals in making sustainable lifestyle changes.
Outside of work, he keeps busy as a dad of two boys and enjoys hitting the gym, boxing, watching sports, walking the dog, and enjoying a good whiskey. Once a half-decent footballer, he has even shared the pitch with players who went on to represent England – a claim to fame he’s more than happy to bring up over a drink!
