Junior Physiotherapist / New Graduate Physiotherapist

Full-time position (32-40hrs a week negotiable)

With continued growth across our Christchurch clinics, Active Health Canterbury Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic new graduate or early-career physiotherapist to join our friendly and experienced team.

This role will primarily be based at our main Manchester Street clinic in St Albans, with some time at our Parakiore clinic or New Brighton clinics.

You’ll work with a varied caseload, including musculoskeletal injuries, ACC rehabilitation, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and private patients.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a new graduate or junior physiotherapist
  • Is registered, or eligible to register, with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand
  • Has a positive, enthusiastic and “can-do” attitude
  • Genuinely enjoys helping people achieve their goals
  • Is willing to learn and comfortable asking questions
  • Communicates well with patients, whānau and colleagues
  • Is organised, reliable and able to manage their time effectively
  • Values evidence-based practice and ongoing learning
  • Understands the importance of culturally safe and patient-centred care
  • Enjoys being part of a supportive and collaborative team
