The 2011 earthquake destroyed our facility at QEII stadium forcing the clinic to relocate. In August 2014 we were proud to announce the relocation of our main clinic to a permanent location at 545 Manchester Street announcing the return of Active Health to full function! We now have two locations in Christchurch.
