What services do you offer?
We offer many services, including physiotherapy, podiatry, osteopathy, respiratory physiotherapy, women’s health (including pregnancy and post-natal), women’s and men’s pelvic health, children bladder and bowel physiotherapy, cancer rehabilitation. Check out the services tab for more information.

We have a few clinics around North Canterbury to make it easy for you!

How do I book an appointment?
You can book online HERE or call one of our friendly reception team members to schedule an appointment.
Appointments & Fees
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No, we accept self-referrals for ACC and private physiotherapy
How much does a session cost?
Fees vary depending on the service. Contact us for specific pricing. We accept all major credit cards (except American Express) and EFTPOS payments.
Do you accept ACC claims?
Yes. If ACC accepts your claim, they will cover part of your consultation fee, but a surcharge will still apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
We need at least 4 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. A fee will apply for missed appointments.
What if I need an X-Ray or Ultrasound?
Our team can refer for these services – if you need an MRI, we can refer to a specialist.
Can your team write a medical certificate?
No, you’ll need to visit your GP.
What should I wear to an appointment?
You can wear your normal clothes. We have shorts and gowns available if needed. If you have a podiatry appointment, bring your sports shoes.
Can I choose a male or female therapist?
Absolutely. Our team has a range of availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
Facilities & Accessibility
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have ample on-site parking at each of our clinics, and street parking is also available.
I’m on crutches or in a wheelchair – how can I get into the building?
No problem at all – all our clinics have ramps for easy access.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your children!
Do you offer home visits?
No, unfortunately, we do not provide home visits.
Do you accept the Community Services or Gold Card?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept these cards.
