Pavan is a registered occupational therapist with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BachOT) and is a member with New Zealand Association of Occupational Therapists, and New Zealand Registered Occupational Therapist. She specializes in adult mental health assessments, perinatal mental health, vocational rehabilitation, and prescribing equipment to support independence.
Pavan was drawn to occupational therapy to better understand the supports and services available to help people live more independent and fulfilling lives. She enjoys working with individuals to regain function and confidence in their daily routines.
Pavan is from Gordonton, New Zealand, with an Indian background and speaks fluent Punjabi. She keeps busy as a dairy farmer and calf rearer, all while raising two young children. She loves netball, exploring beaches, and traveling with her family whenever she gets the chance!
