Jess Blair

Jess holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Health Science (Health Leadership and Management). With a strong focus on vocational rehabilitation and quality assurance, she is passionate about helping individuals regain independence and return to work safely and confidently.

Originally from Cambridge and now based in Auckland, Jess was drawn to the healthcare field from a young age, influenced by a family with deep roots in the industry. She always knew she wanted a career that allowed her to make a difference in people’s lives. The vocational aspect of her work is particularly rewarding, as she finds it fascinating to learn about different professions and play a role in helping individuals return to one of the most significant aspects of their lives—their job. Additionally, her keen eye for detail fuels her passion for quality assurance, ensuring high standards of care and service.

Outside of work, Jess is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, skiing, gravel and road cycling, and photography. If she could have any superpower, it would likely be something that lets her explore the world even more—perhaps the ability to fly or teleport to her next adventure!
